At the L2 concourse exit of Central MTR Station, there is an elevator near the customer service center for patients in need. After exiting the elevator, turn right to reach World Wide House.
On Sunday, the entrance to World Wide House at Exit B of Central MTR Station will be closed. Patients are advised to turn left and return to Des Voeux Road Central to enter World Wide House through the entrance of Dah Sing Bank.

MTR Tsim Sha Tsui Station Exit A1 is equipped with a lift for the convenience of patients in need. After exiting the station, turn left and walk straight along Nathan Road, passing the Kowloon Masjid and Park Lane Shopper's Boulevard. Use the pedestrian crossing to cross the road, and walk for about 7 minutes to reach Mira Place.
Enter through the main entrance of Mira Place 1 on Nathan Road. Take the mall passenger lift or escalator to the 2nd floor, then head towards the Tower A Office Lobby. Select the dedicated lift zone for the high zones (Floors 19 to 26) to reach the MindCare Medical Centre (Tsim Sha Tsui Branch) on the 26th floor.

Issued after 10:00 AM: The center will maintain operations depending on the specific situation.
Cancellation
of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Above / Black Rainstorm Warning
Cancelled before 4:00 PM: The center will reopen 2 hours after the warning is lowered or cancelled.
Cancelled after 4:00 PM: The center will remain closed for the rest of the day.
