Anxiety Disorder Self-Test

Patients with anxiety disorders live in a state of excessive worry for extended periods, making it difficult for them to control their feelings of unease. In severe cases, this can impact their daily life, work, and social activities. The Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7-item scale (GAD-7) is an effective assessment tool that helps us evaluate the risk of developing anxiety disorders. The questionnaire consists of 7 questions; please choose the answer that best reflects your situation over the past two weeks.
