Ms Janet Wong is a seasoned clinical psychologist with experience working at the Hospital Authority, NGO and schools, providing psychological assessments, interventions and support to children, adolescents and adults in need. She is a member of the Division of Clinical Psychology, the Hong Kong Psychological Society.
Psychological Assessment and Therapy
After initially gradtuating from the Hong Kong Univeristy of Science and Technology with her BBA in Global Business and Marketing, she completed her stint as an investment banker in various banks in Hong Kong and Singapore. Driven by her passion in better understanding the human mind, and her love to connect with and support people from all walks of life, she went on to attain a MSSc in Psychology from the University of Hong Kong, and subsequently a MSSc in Clinical Psychology from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, with excellent academic achievements for both master's degrees.
Janet has experience in assessing and providing treatment to various mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorders, psychosomatic disorders, learning disabilities and other psychiatric disorders. She conducts psychoeducational assessments for children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental difficulties and special educational needs and provide support to these families.
