Ms. Liza Chan graduated from the University of Sydney, Australia, in 2003. After returning to Hong Kong, she worked in nutrition centres, private medical centres, fitness centres, educational organisations and the sports sector. She has provided nutritional advice to children, older adults, pregnant women and people seeking to manage their weight. She also supports people with diet-related health concerns or conditions that benefit from nutritional management, including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancer and cancer recovery, food allergies, gastrointestinal problems, anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa, as well as children with special needs.
Having previously worked as a fitness trainer, Ms. Chan’s passion for exercise led her to pursue further studies in sports nutrition. She has worked with prominent athletes and sports teams in Hong Kong, helping them optimise their nutrition and work towards personal-best performances.
Ms. Chan is passionate about education and believes that nutrition and exercise play an important role in health. She hopes to equip everyone with accurate, practical nutritional knowledge. Although dietary information is widely available online, misinformation and fad diets can be misleading, unsuitable for individual needs and potentially harmful. Through personalised guidance and education, she aims to help each client develop sustainable habits that support lasting improvements in health, rather than short-term results.
