Postpartum Depression Self-Test
Research indicates that more than half of postpartum women experience mild emotional distress (postpartum blues), and approximately 10-15% may develop postpartum depression. Symptoms often arise within a few weeks after childbirth, and the situation should not be overlooked. The Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale is an effective assessment tool that helps postpartum women identify their risk of developing postpartum depression early on.
